The ARTS at Marks Garage / Chinatown Artists Loft / Hawai‘i Academy of Performing Arts

Executive leadership of three arts organizations; oversight of operations, fundraising, facilities, and programming. Co-founded First Friday Honolulu, sparking a Chinatown renaissance in the 1990s that continued through the 2000s and developed the Chinatown Artists Lofts live/work model. Directed interdisciplinary cultural programming at arts business incubator hosting 12 exhibits and 150 performances annually, and attracting 40,000 visitors per year.
